Annual General Meeting 2025 - Important Updates

Join us for our Annual General Meeting on March 15th to discuss community improvements, budget allocations, and upcoming projects for the year ahead.

We are pleased to announce that our Annual General Meeting will take place on Saturday, March 15th, 2025 at 2:00 PM in the Community Hall.


Agenda


The meeting will cover several important topics:


1. Financial Review

Our treasurer will present the annual financial report, including:

  • Budget performance for 2024
  • Proposed budget for 2025
  • Major expenses and investments
  • Reserve fund status

    • 2. Maintenance & Improvements

    Discussion of ongoing and planned maintenance projects:

  • Roof repairs on buildings 1-8
  • Garden landscaping improvements
  • Lighting upgrades in communal areas
  • Road surface repairs

    • 3. Community Initiatives

    Updates on community programs and initiatives:

  • Heritage preservation projects
  • Social events calendar for 2025
  • Green spaces development
  • Resident engagement programs

    • 4. Elections

    Elections will be held for the following positions:

  • Chair
  • Treasurer
  • Secretary
  • Committee Members (3 positions)

    All residents are welcome and encouraged to attend. Please RSVP by March 10th to help us prepare adequate seating and refreshments.
